Each author’s name will appear on the front cover given sufficient
space. We let you know the situation and your options when you are
sent the contract-to-publish.**
Each author will receive a contract-to-publish. To have these books
published, we require each author to order one of the following:
five books for $100.00 or 10 books for $150.00.
There are no shipping/handling fees for these books.
The following are applicable to all submissions.*
1. Subject matter is unrestricted. however, we reserve the right
to reject any manuscript which is racist, sexist, promotes violence,
&/or runs counter to basic human rights and decency.
2. Submit one short story six to ten pages long or two short
stories for a total of ten pages.
3. The manuscripts must be double spaced and be typed on one side
of the paper. Clean photo-copies of the manuscripts must be
submitted. Please keep your originals for proofing.
4. Each page should be numbered and have your name in the top,
left corner. Please include your physical address and email address
under your name on the first page. Thank you.
5. Authors must submit a biographical statement suitable for
inclusion in the book. Do not send a resume. We reserve the right to
edit what you send to make it fit on no more than 2 pages. Please
double spaced this also.
6. The Anthology of Poems has a durable, laminated cover. This
preserves the quality of the book and also makes it suitable for
bookstores, libraries, and, of course, for your own collection.
7. Editorial decision takes about thirty days from time of
submission. If accepted, publication time is about sixty days from
receipt of the signed contract until the book is released.
8. If a contract-to-publish is offered, the author has thirty
days to fulfill the required subvention of payment, balance due in
full upon return of the contract signing and galley proofs.

exclusively by their authors. All titles carry an International

PDF e-Books can be read on PC's and Mac's. All you need is Adobe
Acrobat Reader. Most computers come with this program already
installed.
**Our cover designs vary and take into consideration the number
of authors accepted. Authors are selected by merit and timeliness.
We follow the "First come, first serve" rule for equally meritorious
works. Here's what happens when we have more authors than will
esthetically and legibly fit on the front cover.
With sufficient authors, we will print a second volume.
With insufficient authors for a second volume, we will give you
the option to wait until we have more authors.
Because things vary from book to book, you will be apprised of
the exact situation and options for the current book when we send
your Notification of Acceptance.
Regardless of the cover issue, we list each authors name and the
titles of their submissions in the Table of Contents.
